Our products ductile iron tee ranges from DN80mm to DN2600mm, nominal pressures rating of PN10, PN16 and PN25. The tee are classified: Double socket tee with flange branch, All flange tee, All socket tee, Socket spigot tee with socket branch, Socket spigot tee with flange branch, Double socket level invert tee with flange branch, All socket level invert tee, All-flange tee yadial branch, All-flange “Y” tee, All- socket tee with 45 degree angle branch, All-flange tee with 45 degree angle branch and Socket spigot level invert tee with flange branch.

Products are classified by joint type: Flange type bend and Socket type joint.

Standards: ISO2531, BS EN545 and BS EN598

External coating: Zinc spray and bitumen coating.

Internal lining: Cement mortar lining

Packing: standard Wooden pallets or wooden cases

Rubber : NBR,SBR,EPDM according to ISO4633

Inspection on lines

Dimensions check:

1. flange sealing faces are vertical with axle line.

2. Deviation between centre distance of lange holes can not exceed 2mm.

3. Deviation of flange neighboring holes distances follow the deviations of center distances.

4. Closed angles Chafer blunt, others non-manchining.
